72 Harsh 2-1 downshifts

TSB 21-16-93 covers "harsh 2-1 downshift" on the 41TE transaxle, the
four-speed auto in most CC cars from 1989-1992. The change is replacing
the transmission control module (3.3, 3.8, or 3.0 liter engine only).
