13 Wasn't Steve Martin a player? (Saturday Night Live)
One word: No. Steve Martin has hosted the most times,
but he was never a regular player. While we're at
it, neither was Buck Henry, although he has hosted
second most often. If you have seen a "Best of Sat-
urday Night" broadcast when Steve was hosting you
would have seen him listed alphabetically with the
players. This has led to some confusion on the topic.
