Description

This article is from the Yolo County FAQ, by David F. Prenatt, Jr. with numerous contributions by others.

2.2) Where is Yolo County and how do I get there?

Yolo County borders Sacramento County, which lies east of Yolo County.
Depending upon where you begin your trip and what part of Yolo County
you are trying to reach, you could take one of a number of highways.
Interstates 5 (I-5), 80 (I-80), and 505 (I-505) form a triangle that
bisects the borders of Yolo County, and Hwy 113 runs north and south
connecting I-5 (which runs northwest and southeast) with I-80 (which
runs east and west).

2.4) Where can I find lodging in Yolo County?

Depending upon what part of Yolo County you plan to visit, you have a
number of options for temporary lodging. If you are visiting Davis,
you may wish to refer to the Davis USENET FAQ (see Section 1.5 for
information on how to obtain the Davis USENET FAQ).
