3-24 Bulgarian Addresses

The syntax of the addresses is:

[name]
[street address]
[county]
[city/village] [code]

PO Box          Poshtenska kutia (PK)
Boulevard       Bulevard        bul.
Street          Ulica           ul.
Street number   Nomer           no. (or can be omitted, written after the
                                     street name)
Square          Ploshtad        pl.
Ciry district   Kvartal         kv.
Apartment block Blok            bl.
Block entrance  Vhod            vh.
Apartment       Apartament      ap.

The code is 4 decimal digits. Sometimes the lines of the address can be
written in the opposite order.
