3.1. Introduction

In recent years there has been a significant increase in the
popularity of triathlon and as such, more and more people are
discovering rec.sport.triathlon.

This FAQ is an effort to make the group as efficient as possible by
answering the most commonly asked questions and provide guidelines for
posting.

This FAQ is considered a work in progress and will continue to evolve
with both the newsgroup and the sport itself. Comments and suggestions
are welcome and should be sent to the maintainer.
