This makes the newsgroup accessible for those who do not have a newsreader
service on their computer installation. To use the e-mail list, all you need is
an e-mail connection. All messages posted on the newsgroup will be regularly
mailed to the list, and all messages sent to the list will be regularly posted

on the newsgroup.

(2.1) To subscribe to the list, send an e-mail message to:

Do not fill the subject line, and include in the text of message:

The subscription is "moderated," it may take a few days to take effect.
