28 Is there a spell that will actually let your arm spontaneously combust and not get burned? Allow you to fly? Turn you invisible? Change the colour of your eyes?

These sound more like sleight-of-hand than sorcery. When
portrayed in movies, they may be the result of special
effects, stunt-doubling, or the like.
