MIDI-related archives, available via ftp as
anonymous@ftp.cs.ruu.nl:MIDI/DOC/archives, and via a mail-server -
send mail to mail-server@cs.ruu.nl with the following contents:

BEGIN
PATH <a valid mail address to you>
HELP send MIDI/INDEX
END

Note: specify a correct address (e.g. user@host.univ.EDU or
