26. Why do I keep getting rejections, despite the fact that many people think my music is good?

Another difficult question. In general, try not to take it too
personally. It may be that publishers or record companies cannot
readily identify a market for your music, or they don't have an artist
on their roster who performs the type of music you write.

It's important for songwriters to be aware of the market for music.
Styles come and go. If you want to pitch your songs to other artists,
you need to know what types of material they are likely to accept.
