4.7 Is "Buckingham Nicks" available on CD? (Stevie Nicks)

There is no official CD release of this title.
In December of 1995 there was a bootleg CD recording of the
vinyl release "Buckingham Nicks" available marked "copyright 1995
GEMA CAT# BN01". Another is marked "Au Revoire" and has a
close-up photo of Stevie's eye on the back. The latter is supposedly
of lesser quality than the first, but both are recorded from 22 year
old vinyl records.
There have been at least two bootleg CD versions released.
