23 Has anybody ever sent away for the limited edition notes offered in the "Under the Red Sky" album? (Bob Dylan)

In the liner notes to the "Under the Red Sky" album there is an offer
of special limited edition notes by the artist available by request,
however to this date no one has ever received any such notes. They don't
appear to exist.
