A method of evaluating securities by analyzing data of a stock's market activity, generally price and volume. Technical analysts use charts to identify patterns that can suggest future activity.
Total sales and other revenue for a particular period.
Calculated by adding short-term and long-term debt, then dividing by a company's total assets. Used to measure a company's financial risk, determining how much of the company's assets have been financed by debt.
A transaction involving the sale and purchase of a security.
The date a trade occurs.
The spread between the high and low prices traded during a period of time.
A warrant is a security entitling the holder to buy a specific amount of stock at some specific future date at a specific price.
The percentage rate of return of the annual dividends paid on a stock.
