4-21 What does the "DBP" mark mean on some dispensers?

DBP stands for Deutsche Bundes Patent (German Council Patent, in
English), which is the German equivalent of the American Patent
number. This mark is found on some of the German/Austrian dispensers
and usually comes with the patent number 818.829.
