PMS Escape relieves premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms such as depression, anger, and carbohydrate craving.

How It Works:

PMS Escape is a powdered fruit flavoured drink which contains carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. In theory it is supposed to increase the transport of l-tryptophan which is ultimately converted to serotonin.
