Ficus glomerata Rox B
The latex is a very effective anti-dysentery agent. For best results it is mixed with sugar in equal amounts. This preparation is taken orally three times daily for one week and twice daily for another week.
Note: It is said to be best to collect the latex early in the morning since it is apparently easier to obtain.

This is a large tree with edible fruit. The boiled extract for the root when drunk improves urinary problems.
