24 What is the WNL (Weenie Netrek League)?

The WNL is a league started by a few people disgruntled with the
INL. The main structural difference is that games are at pre-scheduled
times, and teams are forced to forfeit if the game starts late. Games
use "continuous scoring" instead of traditional clue-game scoring. The
