100. Mac Game Resources on the Internet: W-X

Warcraft:
The official page for Warcraft: Orcs and Humans is at
http://www.blizzard.com/rwar.htm.

Warlords II:
The Warlords II FAQ is available at the Warlords II homepage, at
http://www.princeton.edu/~rfheeter/w2home.html. This page is
maintained by Robert Heeter, rfheeter@phoenix.princeton.edu. The
official SSG Warlords II page is at
http://www.ssg.com.au/index_files/warlords_ii_home.html.

Wing Commander III:
Origin has a Wing Commander III page at
http://www.ea.com/origin/english/prod-info/macintosh/wing-3/index.htm
l. The Wing Commander III FAQ is very PC oriented, but much of the
gameplay information is useful for Mac players, too. It's available on
the WWW at http://www.gamesdomain.co.uk/games/wc3main.html. There is
also a Mac-specific Wing Commander page at
http://chronic.dartmouth.edu/off_line/wc3.html that includes hints,
pictures, and animation.

Wolfenstein 3D:
Doug Ingram maintains a site at
http://www.astro.washington.edu/ingram/wolf.html that contains
everything the Wolfenstein addict could possibly need: level editors
and random level generators, WolfenCheat, WolfenZoom, and fistfuls of
homebrew Wolf levels.

World of Xeen:
A plaintext Xeen FAQ is available at
ftp://ftp.shore.net/members/wombat/xeen/; you can get it
by sending email to Rabid Wombat at rschrock@shore.net with the
subject "Xeen FAQ please". There is also an HTML version at
http://www.shore.net/~rschrock/xeen/, but it requires the use of
Netscape 2.0 or higher to view it.

Xconq:
The Xconq homepage, including a browsable manual, is at
http://www.cygnus.com/~shebs/xconq.html. Complete sources and Mac
binaries may be ftp'ed from
ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/xconq/xconq-7.0.1.tar.gz and
ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/xconq/xconq-7.0.1.sea.hqx, respectively.

X-Wing:
Jeff Till's Unofficial Mac X-Wing Page at
http://life.bio.sunysb.edu/mcb/hunter/xwing.html includes a strategy
guide, a screenshot gallery, and a Thrustmaster joystick configuration
file for the game.
