707 Sourdough Pancakes Or Waffles

This recipe was given to me by a friend:

	1 C flour		1 egg, beaten
	2 T sugar		1 C starter
	1 1/2 t baking powder	1/2 C milk
	1/2 t salt		2 T oil (1/4 C for waffles.)
	1/2 t soda

Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine egg,
starter, milk and oil and stir into flour mixture.
Spoon 2 T batter onto lightly greased hot griddle.
Makes 2 doz. Remember to increase oil to 1/4 C for
waffles.
