1/2 c Cornmeal 1 t Salt
1 T Sugar 1/2 c Sour Cream or Yogurt
2 ea Large Eggs, Stirred 1 c Unbleached Flour
1/2 t Cream Of Tartar 1/2 t Baking Powder
