Golden Fruit Soup

* Ingredients:

46 ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice

½ cup diced, dried apricots

½ cup Minute Tapioca

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup diced apples or strawberries

1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches

1 cup unsweetened pineapple chunks

½ cup seedless green grapes

* Directions:

Combine first 3 ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened,
stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.
Serve hot or cold. For variation, add any fresh or frozen fruit of
your choice.
