* Ingredients:
1 cup clean, raw cashews
1 cup hot water
2 ounce jar pimientos
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
* Directions:
Process cashews and hot water in a blender until very smooth. Add
remaining ingredients and continue blending until very smooth. Pour
into saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly,
until thickened. Serve over Crispy Corn Chips, if desired. Yields 2
cups or 8 servings.
