12.7.4 Dehydrating Con-On-The Cob


I wonder if it can be dehydrated on the cob and then either stored
that way, or shelled for storage as kernals?

Yes. Remove husks, dry on the cob in your dehydrator
or peel husks back, tie togethor and hang across the
kitchen.
