8 ea Eggs; hard cooked
2/3 lb Ham, baked; thinly sliced
4 tb Oil, vegetable
Paprika, sweet Salt In a grinder or food processor fitted with a metal blade, process eggs and ham until firmly ground. Do not puree. In a small bowl, combine eggs, ham, oil and paprika. Season to taste with salt.
