12 sl Ham; 5" x 1"
sm Onions, pickled;
or -red sweet pepper slices, -chives or anchovies
Peel and quarter eggs. Wrap a ham slice around each egg quarter, leaving egg ends showing. Secure ham with a wood pick. Garnish with onions, pepper slices, chives or anchovies.
