Laing House is a drop in center based in the capital of Nova Scotia, Canada for youth living with a mental illness. The author is a member of this organization since 2002 and very fortunate to live in a country where such services exist.

Dinner on Pasta
Penne Diana	C ■■□□□ U Stove
Makes 4 Servings Ingredients: 1 lb Cooked chicken breast 1 red Pepper, chopped 3 cloves Garlic (crushed) 2 Tbsp Olive oil 1 cup Whipping cream ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (or more to taste) Directions: In saucepan fry the red peppers and garlic in the olive oil. Do not drain the oil. Add the chicken, cream and parmesan to the saucepan under low heat, cook until thickened. Serve on penne Alterations: None
