15. Where can I read RASSEF Award-winning posts? (rec.arts.sf.fandom)

There is no specific archive, but you can always try using Google's
Usenet search for messages with "RASSEF Award" in their bodies, then read
the messages they're following up to. Or just read whatever Ray
Radlein posts.
