Can anyone recommend a belt sander for home use? I do an occasional
woodworking project (bunk beds, shelves, etc.), but don't think I
need something heavy-duty.
Are any of the $60 sanders worth it (Black & Decker, Skil, Craftsman,
etc.)? Am I going to have to go above $100 to get something decent?
Makita makes a low end family of tools with red housings instead of
blue. Does anyone know how these stack up? I've heard mixed opinions.
They're around 2/3 the price of the blue Makita tools.
