I burned up a Sears router rather quickly on a router table. It
filled with chips, and couldn't get any air flow!
On it's replacement, I screwed a shop vac nozzle under the table,
right up against the hole in the side of the router beside the bit.
This sucks the chips out, and everything is fine.
