They may also be obtained from the SMTL mail server (for the present):

send FILENAME
end

in the body of the message, where

          FILENAME    = proj-plan.reviews   - for the reviews file
                      = proj-plan.FAQ.1       - for the FAQ file
                      = proj-plan.glossary  - for the PM glossary
                      = proj-plan.books     - for the PM book list from
