76 How do I reconfigure my PC or its applications?

Although questions about PC hardware configurations, changes to
".INI" files and ".BAT" get posted to this newsgroup, they should

comp.os.ms-windows.apps.misc, comp.os.msdos.apps, comp.os.os2.apps,
or comp.os.ms-windows.nt.setup. Please review the charter of this
